The HR Executive is responsible for full cycle monthly payroll processing and routine processing of commissions, profit shares, director fees, and discretionary bonuses.
This role leads and manages the HR team while serving as a mentor to junior HR employees and oversees all HR operational matters and tasks.
The position includes handling work pass matters, managing group insurance policies, and preparing monthly HR reports along with annual AIS submission and staff performance reviews.
