Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary lead for two high-criticality diagnostic sites, driving operational excellence through a hybrid labor model.
  • Directly manage and coach a hybrid workforce, including unionized trades and non-union support staff, while mediating labor relations issues.
  • Track and report on monthly KPIs, manage the operational budget, and partner with the Client’s Engineering Team to support CapEx projects.
