Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director to lead the U.S. ABRYSVO Adult Team, managing strategy and execution for the RSV vaccine's healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives. Job Summary

  • This business-critical role will also be leading a team of talented marketing colleagues, whose growth and development is a top priority.
  • The role will require the ability to collaborate with Sales, Medical, Global, Commercial Development (CSI), Integrated Insights and Strategy (IIS), Market Research (MR) and other CMO functions, and translate customer and market insights into actions, identify opportunities and accelerators, and innovative strategies to entrench and grow our Market Leadership.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
