Success measures include availability improvements, total supply chain cost reduction, inventory optimization, and measurable value delivery versus committed pipelines.

SAP IBP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 tools
Matrix organization management with independent bottlers

Key Requirements
10+ years progressive supply chain leadership in FMCG/CPG

Hands-on experience with planning and manufacturing tools like SAP or Blue Yonder
Experience operating in matrix organizations with franchise models
