You oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from the initial project concept through final punch-list and close-out.
You will carve out a key role on the ground floor of a developing team and utilize Colliers resources - and brand-new office space - to expand the team’s market and recognition.

Must-have
Construction project management
Schedule and budget creation
Ability to read architectural plans
Use of MS Word, Excel, Project
Travel up to 40%
Vendor leadership and problem solving
Nice-to-have
Strong client relationship building
Team spirit maintenance
Business development strategies
Experience with Bluebeam, CAD, Revit
Working alongside Corporate Real Estate brokers
Key Requirements
Five (5)+ years in Design/Construction/Project Management
