Job Summary
Serve as a contact to the school districts we serve, interview, hire, and train new transportation coordinators/supervisors.
Prepare monthly work schedules, maintain appropriate staffing levels for drivers and monitors, and ensure all employees have proper certifications, training, and licensing.
Oversee the maintenance function at your office, keep our vans in a high state of readiness, and review and prepare billing each month.
