Job Summary

  • This position oversees all Stewarding functions, including inventory, staffing, food delivery, and setup/breakdown of events.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining labor controls, cost, and ensuring cleanliness of all Food & Beverage areas to achieve a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
  • The role requires a hands-on approach with significant interaction with staff and customers, and involves stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs, substantial standing, walking, and pushing/pulling equipment.
