  • We look to our Shift Leads to be servant leaders within the shop, communicating with leadership on any internal or external feedback.
  • The primary responsibility is to model and meet all expectations of the Broista role and train new Broistas operationally and culturally.

Key Requirements

  • 6 months of Broista experience preferred
  • No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
  • Successfully completed the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better)
  • Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
  • Minimum 20 hours per week availability
  • Flexible, ever-changing schedule availability
