Must-have
8+ years of experience in interior design
NCIDQ certification or architectural license
Advanced Bluebeam expertise required
Intermediate Revit proficiency preferred
Strong client relationship management skills
FF&E specifications software knowledge
Nice-to-have
Sustainable design accreditation preferred
Experience with VR headsets and Yulio
Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo
Diplomatic leadership style for team management

Key Requirements
