  • This role drives excellence by leading a high-performing team of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) experts globally, ensuring the continuous enhancement of skills and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 18+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards
  • 6+ years’ experience leading global or regional Rewards teams and programmes
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale global projects/processes
  • Operating across 50+ countries or equivalent complexity
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), CIPD, SHRM-SCP or equivalent
