Must-have
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active DoD Secret security clearance
ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Root cause analysis and corrective action leadership
Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
First Article Inspection per AS9102
Material Review Board and Change Control Board participation
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ certifications
Experience with Stinger program or Coyote portfolio
Earned Value Management and cost accounting methodologies
Electro Optical/RADAR systems experience
IPC/EIA JSTD-001 Class 3 manufacturing knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Risk mitigation and opportunity management expertise
