  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action leadership
  • Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
  • First Article Inspection per AS9102
  • Material Review Board and Change Control Board participation

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ certifications
  • Experience with Stinger program or Coyote portfolio
  • Earned Value Management and cost accounting methodologies
  • Electro Optical/RADAR systems experience
  • IPC/EIA JSTD-001 Class 3 manufacturing knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Risk mitigation and opportunity management expertise

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Must possess active DoD Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory
  • Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards
