Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis
Minimum High school degree required
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
Experience with ServiceNow, especially the ServiceNow Security Operations modules
At least 3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity business processes within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
