** Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent in Mount Joy, PA, responsible for overseeing plant health, pest management, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have two years of experience in a regulated production environment and the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.
  • Ensuring plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
