Job Summary

  • As a Solution Architect within People, Communications & Culture (PC&C), you will define and govern solution designs across the HR technology estate, ensuring solutions are integrated, resilient, cost-effective and aligned to business outcomes.
  • You will work with PC&C leaders, product managers, delivery teams and vendors to translate business needs into practical architecture, guiding delivery while protecting the integrity of our digital capabilities and data.
  • Ensure solutions meet privacy, security and regulatory expectations for personal data, embedding security‑by‑design into all HR architectures.
