Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years in quality control, manufacturing, supplier development, or operations
Experience with RCA, 8D, and quality methodologies
Knowledge of high-voltage products or process control (preferred)
Certifications such as L6S Green Belt or ISO-9001 Auditor (preferred)
