Key Requirements

  • 14+ years in technology service delivery leadership
  • 8+ years in global leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, ITSM platforms
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical or life sciences
  • ITIL Expert or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
