Job Summary

  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop new test methods, conduct testing and validation, and provide technical input into root cause analysis and investigation reports.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, support product transfers, and ensure compliance at all stages of the product development process.
