Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Ability to create warm and positive environment
Strong communication with shift personnel
Experience with restorative procedures
Proficiency in accurate charting and documentation
Willingness to assist during emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
CPR certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
