Base: $167,500.00 - $251,300.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives eligible; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10 years applicable experience in finance
Understanding of DoD contracts and FAR
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have
Experience with international financials
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop complex business case models
Intermediate understanding of COBRA software
Comfortable networking with external organizations
Key Requirements
Secret security clearance required
US citizenship required for government clearance
Master's degree with 8 years experience or equivalent
Proven professional and managerial skills
Ability to lead teams in multiple geographical locations
