As a Patient Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for ostomy patients in the Benelux, providing personal and appropriate product advice with empathy, expertise, and confidence.
You will work closely with Sales, nurses, and other internal departments, meticulously recording customer contacts in the CRM system and contributing to team objectives within Customer Service.
