Job Summary

  • As a Patient Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for ostomy patients in the Benelux, providing personal and appropriate product advice with empathy, expertise, and confidence.
  • You will work closely with Sales, nurses, and other internal departments, meticulously recording customer contacts in the CRM system and contributing to team objectives within Customer Service.
