** AIG is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect with expertise in Payroll, Compensation, Time, and Absence to enhance their HR systems. The ideal candidate will have significant Workday experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning. **

Job Summary

  • Partner across HR business partners to provide HR system solutions helping AIG to fully leverage Workday's capabilities and implement solutions with a primary focus on Workday Payroll, Compensation, Time and Absence modules.
  • Be the Workday solution and technical subject matter expert for payroll and compensation modules by providing oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Workday enabled solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new technologies and creative solutions to serve our HR Partners including researching Workday Community and industry best practices to keep abreast of new functionality and tools.
