Job Summary
Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
On a daily basis you will be contributing by managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation, identifying potential recovery action, reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs, and negotiating on settlements for claims.
We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows: Week 1 – 7.30am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based) Week 2 – 9.00am – 5.00pm (Working from home).
