Job Summary

  • The Experienced Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end inventory management, including receiving, storage, coordination of cycle counts, repackaging, issuance of materials and products, and audits, as well as the administration of the site’s outbound shipments.
  • This role will be key in supporting the development, implementation, and standardization of operating procedures related to inbound and outbound activities, and will work closely with the Warehouse Team Lead on team leadership initiatives, training, development, and continuous improvement.
  • The position will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant storage and movement of Raw Materials (RM), Work in Process (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG), in alignment with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) regulatory requirements and Johnson & Johnson internal standards.

Key Requirements

  • 2 years of prior experience in Warehouse/Materials Handling
  • University Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/SAP EWM or similar)
  • Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical sector
  • Experience working in a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Costa Rica
  • Spanish and Advanced/Bilingual English
