The Intern Catering & Special Events Coordinator will support the overall day-to-day operations for the special events and catering department.
Responsibilities include planning, detailing, and executing catering requests, creating event orders, floor plans, and logistics reports, and preparing for BEO meetings.
The position offers the opportunity to gain working knowledge of special events planning, BEO creation, and venue on-premise catering.
