Job Summary
Lead a Montreal-based underwriting team to drive profitable growth in Eastern Canada and promote a team culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and learning.
Build, solidify, and lead broker and client engagements, producing new business by working with the broker network to source new opportunities and execute strategies for profitable growth.
The role requires fluency in both spoken and written English and French to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, and will cover multiple lines of business such as Directors and Officers Liability, Cyber, and Errors & Omissions.
