We seek candidates who can help us create dynamic, engaging, and experiential learning content with an emphasis on user-centered design, user experience (UX), and accessibility for all learners.
The candidate will have the ability to develop a range of instructional materials for classroom-based and online training that incorporate scenarios, case studies, job aids, and performance-based support tools.
Work as part of an instructional design team under the supervision of a Lead Instructional Designer or Project Manager.

Key Requirements
3+ years of work experience
2+ years of experience in Instructional Design
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Education preferred
Experience in the full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process
Experience developing engaging, experiential instructor-led training
Experience developing web-based and blended learning solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Superior use of the English language
Experience with Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise
