Job Summary

  • The People Solution Group Specialist provides a range of services in support of the HR Operations function and overall HR service delivery model, serving as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR related questions.
  • This role will provide solutions and support across a variety of cross-functional projects, process workflows, collaborating with all functional areas of HR to develop and implement initiatives.
  • The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or 5+ years’ equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of experience in a human resources or people advisory role.
