Job Summary

• Caterpillar is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager to lead the development of the Rental Management System within the Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) template for Caterpillar Dealers.
• This role will partner with Rental subject matter experts, technical leads, and vendors to define, deliver, and manage the ongoing development of the Rental Management System, overseeing requirements, development, UAT, and go-to-market strategy.
• Compensation includes a base salary range of $159,120.00 - $258,570.00, with additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) savings plans.
