Job Summary

  • The incumbent will be responsible for being a compassionate and dedicated advocate for all visitors and demonstrate a concierge attitude when assisting visitors with maximizing their benefits, navigating the healthcare system and reaching their optimal health.
  • Will also be responsible for educating visitors about health and wellness programs at the center.
  • HCSC is looking for a dynamic, bilingual individual to join its Community Affairs team at our Blue Door Neighborhood Center (BDNC) South Lawndale site!

  • Associate’s degree and 3 years experience
