Job Summary

• The Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Design for Automation (DFA) is responsible for enabling automation‑ready, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing solutions for Genie products by leading DFA efforts upstream through New Product Development (NPD).
• Lead and own Design for Automation (DFA) activities through Genie NPD phase gates and prior to design freeze, ensuring automation capability is designed in rather than retrofitted downstream.
• The salary range for this role is $105-140,000, depending on experience.
