Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility for this role is to lead Fire Protection and Suppression POD efficiently, achieving required KPIs’ and delivering jobs per Stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality, delivery, or productivity issues and ensure QA/QC adherence, including proper documentation and logging.
  • Effectively manage and mentor a team of 10–12 designers and deliver weekly and monthly stakeholder reports covering project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • 10-12 years of global, customer-facing experience in fire protection projects
  • BE / ME in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • 10–12 years of mandatory experience in Fire Protection Systems
  • Proven experience in leading teams of 10–12 members
  • Strong expertise in BSEN, FM, and NFPA standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
