Job Summary
The primary responsibility for this role is to lead Fire Protection and Suppression POD efficiently, achieving required KPIs’ and delivering jobs per Stakeholders’ requirements.
Lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality, delivery, or productivity issues and ensure QA/QC adherence, including proper documentation and logging.
Effectively manage and mentor a team of 10–12 designers and deliver weekly and monthly stakeholder reports covering project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements
10-12 years of global, customer-facing experience in fire protection projects
BE / ME in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
10–12 years of mandatory experience in Fire Protection Systems
Proven experience in leading teams of 10–12 members
Strong expertise in BSEN, FM, and NFPA standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
