Job Summary

  • Lead a new organizational model focused on establishing WV as a platform for wide impact and relevance in the lives of the most vulnerable children.
  • Responsible for co-leading and strengthening the team, focusing on appropriate and timely decision-making and risk & opportunities identification and management.
  • Model and promote our Christian identity, leading the National Redesign to allow impact and relevance based on global strategy.
