Job Summary

  • This role serves as the principal advisor on rewards strategy to senior business and HR leaders across Europe, with accountability for shaping and delivering a competitive, compliant, and future-ready Total Rewards agenda.
  • Oversee the design, governance, and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs across Europe, ensuring competitiveness, equity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with country-specific regulations and EU directives.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Total Rewards team across Europe, building capability within HR and business partners to effectively deliver and communicate rewards programs.
