Job Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to manage a critical part of building Remote’s PEO business, shaping client onboarding practices, and collaborating with a passionate, high-performing global teams.
  • You’ll oversee complex HR, payroll, and compliance environments across multiple states and industries in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
  • Lead, Manage & Hire a nationally distributed team of PEO Payroll Implementation Specialists; grow & develop the team through coaching and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of PEO Payroll end to end experience with all states

  • Advanced knowledge in implementing customer’s payroll structure in multiple states
  • Advance experience with scaling processes, automating repetitive tasks and driving metrics
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets and working in a MacBook Pro environment
