Job Summary
This role will lead a team to identify, implement, and sustain tools and technologies that improve engineering first-time quality, affordability, and productivity to advance modification and sustainment capabilities across the division.
The manager will oversee the development or implementation of tools, technology, software, AI/ML enablers, and analytics, including digital engineering and visualization technologies such as 3D scanning, additive manufacturing, advanced visualization, xR, and productivity enhancing software/AI solutions.
Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where team members raise quality, safety, and schedule issues proactively.
