Key Responsibilities include managing timely billing cycles, coordinating renewals 30-60 days before expiry, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate data in CRM and other trackers, preparing weekly and monthly reports on collections status, renewal pipeline, upsell progress, and account health.
