Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery. Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular engagement and in-person meetings. Identify new prospects, convert leads, and expand opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet revenue and shipment targets. Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics in a timely manner. Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and take proactive actions to drive growth and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account updates in internal systems. Ensure pricing and commercial terms align with company guidelines and profitability targets. Continuously build product knowledge and market awareness to deliver effective solutions to clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role. Strong communication and presentation skills, with good business acumen. Self-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
