Job Summary
This is a hands-on, field-based role, focused on supporting stores to reduce stock loss, manage risk, and maintain a safe and secure trading environment.
You will be a visible presence across our stores, completing planned and unplanned visits, conducting loss prevention audits, and working closely with Store Managers to implement clear, practical action plans that protect shrinkage, mitigate business risk, and enhance security measures.
Reporting into the Loss Prevention Manager, this role plays a vital part in maintaining operational compliance, escalating issues where needed, supporting investigations, and contributing to the delivery of loss prevention strategies and stock loss targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
