Applied Materials is seeking a Global Product Support Engineer for etch equipment in Singapore. The role involves developing procedures, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance within a supportive work culture

Job Summary

  • Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products and contribute to the FMECA process.
  • Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues, participating in or owning the CAPA process.
  • Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class, training Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) prior to shipping.
