Job Summary

• The Strategic Finance Center of Excellence (COE) is a newly formed team focused on centralizing, standardizing, and modernizing key financial operations to unlock scale, accuracy, and strategic capacity across LinkedIn.
• This role will be focused on either our Marketplace/GTM or Foundations business units, and a mix of OPEX/expense management and headcount workstreams to begin, with additional scope coming over time.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-minded Senior Associate to join the COE, taking ownership of end-to-end workstreams to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and embed best practices across finance.

Base: $98,000-$158,000; Bonus/Equity: annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans; Benefits: applicable benefits

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience
• 1+ years of experience in the technology industry
• 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Finance Ops or related)
• Proficiency in Excel, experience in SQL and data tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience in program management and owning project end-to-end
