Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for reporting changes
Ability to create a warm and calm environment
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Willingness to work night shifts
Attention to detail in documentation
