• This job is responsible for leading the overall service delivery model to include the bank's digital offerings and wealth management banking strategy in the market while working with the Home Office to ensure superior client service.
• Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy of respective markets to drive business growth, hires, develops, and leads a team of cross-functional professionals to support Financial Advisor teams and deliver outstanding client service.

$115,000.00 - $160,000.00 annualized salary; Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits eligible

Key Requirements

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 or equivalent licenses
• FINRA Series 9 and 10 or equivalent licenses
• FINRA Series 3, 31 licenses if warranted
• Minimum five years professional experience
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
