The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales training, with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, and will be responsible for organizing and delivering training programs while collaborating closely with business units

Job Summary

  • Collate field force training requirements identified through training needs analysis and formulate a training framework, training plan, and road map for different levels with clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Organize and deliver field force training programs interactively and timely, collaborating with Business units to develop product refresh training and handling objections for current and new brands/indication launches.
  • Reinforce the application of skills by participating in field activities, coaching, team role-play, and presentations, while also preparing field forces for current and future challenges through a proactive approach.
