  • The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
  • Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, verifying resident identity, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
  • The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, maintaining resident confidentiality, and attending continuing education to stay abreast of changes in the profession.
