Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures while ensuring all nursing service personnel comply with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
The role requires ensuring a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for each shift to maintain quality care for residents.

Key Requirements
