Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production staff, including Technical Project Managers, Developers, and Validation specialists, to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Image Operations, Data Management, Quality, and Clinical Database programming, to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
