The Senior EHS Expert will support the entire Bern site in all central EHS topics, including occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management.
Key responsibilities include a holistic shopfloor presence, coaching teams and leaders, driving a proactive EHS culture, and conducting risk analyses and incident investigations.
The role requires at least 7+ years of EHS experience, a higher education degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to identify risks, ensure compliance, and drive site-wide improvements.
