The C&I line leader is responsible for all Cleaning and Inspection activities of engines, modules, and parts according to the Statement of Work.
This role requires managing daily shift scheduling, balancing workstation workloads, and ensuring strict adherence to EHS requirements under Safety Decree Law 81/08.
The position involves defining KPIs, coordinating with multiple departments including MFG Eng and Maintenance, and supporting new L5 activity transitions from NTI to production.

Key Requirements

Previous experiences in similar roles
