Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Understanding of FP&A planning budgeting forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with EPM tools like OneStream or Anaplan
  • Basic knowledge of data integration ETL concepts
  • Familiarity with SQL VB.NET C# or Essbase
  • Understanding of financial statements P&L BS CF

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in finance transformation or consulting projects
  • Ability to incorporate AI and automation tools into workflows
  • Certifications such as CMA CPA ACCA or PMP
  • EPM tool certifications from OneStream or Anaplan
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese for international environments

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English written and spoken required
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred
  • CMA CPA ACCA or PMP certification optional but preferred
