The Steward Dishwasher is responsible for the basic, routine cleaning and preparation activities for the Foodservice Department, Groesbeck Golf Course and Legends Global sponsored/managed events and properties.
The position is responsible for ensuring that all utensils, plate ware, silverware, pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items are properly cleaned and available for use.
The employee must provide a safe, harassment-free work environment and ensure compliance with Legends Global policies, OSHA standards, Health Department regulations, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
